Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it has posted its annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 on the Company’s secure investor website. The quarterly report is being furnished pursuant to the Indentures governing the Company’s 8.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 and the Company’s 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (collectively the “Notes”) to holders of the Notes, certain equity investors, qualified prospective investors in the Notes, and certain broker-dealers and securities analysts.

The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call to discuss its 2015 financial results on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
