CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today confirmed that it is in preliminary discussions with OCI N.V. (NYSE Euronext: OCI) regarding a potential combination involving certain of OCI’s businesses. There can be no assurances that these discussions will result in any transaction.
