Celanese Announces MIBK and Formaldehyde Price Increases

Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty materials company, will increase list and off-list selling prices for MIBK and formaldehyde solutions. The price increases below will be effective July 11, 2016, or as contracts allow.
