Boyd Corporation Announces New Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

MODESTO, Calif.

Boyd Corporation, a global provider of precision-engineered, specialty material-based energy management and sealing solutions, today announced the appointment of Eric K. Struik as Boyd’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Eric has over 22 years of financial and accounting experience, including international assignments in Europe, Mexico and Asia. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Erickson Incorporated, a leading global provider of aviation services that operates, maintains and manufactures utility aircraft. While there, Eric integrated acquisitions and drove significant improvements in cost structure and operating cash flow. Prior to Erickson, Eric was VP of Finance for Remy International, where he led financial planning, treasury, M&A and investor relations activities across the organization. He also led the listing of Remy on NASDAQ.
