(NYSE: AVT), a leading global technology distributor, today announced that Avnet Government Solutions, LLC, its wholly owned subsidiary focused on the U.S. public sector, has moved into its new office in the Washington, D.C. area. Customers will now benefit from Avnet Government Solutions’ new strategic location in Chantilly, Va., which is near the nexus of the U.S. federal government’s operations. This move will allow Avnet Government Solutions to better serve its federal, state, local and education partners, and continue to broaden their offerings for the public sector.
