Atwell Completes Deal with Peak Civil Consultants

SOUTHFIELD, Mich.

Consulting, engineering and construction services firm Atwell, LLC recently announced its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Denver, Colorado based Peak Civil Consultants, Inc., an established civil engineering firm, providing professional design, master planning, and land surveying services throughout the Rocky Mountain region. All Peak Civil employees, including founder Jeff French, have joined Atwell as part of the acquisition, which represents Atwell’s continued dedication to grow and diversify their western operations.

Founded in 1999, Peak’s professional experience encompasses the full spectrum of engineering and surveying services to a wide variety of clients including architects, land developers, government agencies, metropolitan school districts and home builders. They have successfully completed hundreds of projects including single-family, multi-family, retail, commercial, office, mixed-use, school and recreational sites. They have built a solid reputation by producing quality deliverables and providing close communications with clients, governmental agencies and other project stakeholders.

As part of the acquisition, Peak Civil Consultants will join Atwell’s existing Lakewood office located at 143 Union Boulevard, Suite 700, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.

This is the fifth transaction that Atwell has announced since the beginning of the year.
