NEW YORK, May 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ – Aperture Health, Inc. (OTC: APRE) and CSS Alliance LLC (“CSS”), are pleased to announce that the company has branched out and signed a Joint Venture agreement which includes an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with CSS Korea R&D Co., Ltd for new technologies and products that include solar powered A/C units, and powerless generators, as well as solar powered boilers.

The first product we will be rolling out with the Korean JV will be the Eco friendly, Non-motorized, rechargeable generator. This is a revolutionary product which we will be distributed, initially within the United States.

Mr. Ray Fite (President) stated, “I’m excited about this latest progress of adding more tools to our tool box. We are looking forward to identifying our first region within the USA and we will announce it accordingly. The price points for this generator are very affordable with the most expensive unit being between $600 – $700 each. We are planning on selling a minimum of 2,500 units per each of the 3 regions in the USA for 2016 and that’s on a conservative basis. This will bring in a projected revenue stream of over $5M. We will seek large distribution companies in the USA that can handle the type of growth we are anticipating. We also plan on selling these products overseas. This is very important for us providing our shareholders with new product lines and generating revenue. Our website will reflect these new products and catalog shortly.”
