The new collection debuts today on May 28 and features some of the most advanced materials available, designed to optimize sleep conditions and deliver the best rest possible. New technologies launching this spring include Celliant, the addition of Bio-Pur+, Activus and Surface Modification Technology in select models, and an all-new luxury mattress.

“We developed this new line with the distinct objective of offering consumers the best in bedding technology at reasonable and competitive price points,” says Firas Kittaneh, co-founder and CEO. “These refinements expand on the exceptional comfort of our popular memory-foam and further respond to consumer demand for cool and responsive mattresses. Innovation has always been at the core of our business since we started and we continually strive to introduce new technologies.”

Every Amerisleep mattress cover will now feature designer-style covers made with Celliant, a thermoreactive yarn that turns body heat into infrared light. This conversion supports healthy blood flow and can improve sleep quality. Several studies clearly demonstrate Celliant’s benefits, including balancing body temperature and increasing circulation. Numerous clinical research studies prove that it increases tissue oxygen levels by 7% and helps reduce pain, as well, working to improve multiple aspects of sleep quality and the body’s natural recovery process.

Seth Casden, CEO, Celliant, added, “We are very excited that Amerisleep, one of the country’s most popular mattress brands, has crafted a new line using Celliant – the world’s leading responsive textile technology for their bedding products. They share our same goal – our mutual commitment to developing and bringing to market products that help improve consumers’ lives and deliver the future of healthy innovation.”

The Colonial Bed and new Independence Bed will feature Bio-Pur+. Plant-based and manufactured using the environmentally-friendly Variable Pressure Foaming process, Bio-Pur+ also undergoes reticulation to maximize airflow. This process opens cell walls while keeping the foam structure intact, maintaining comfort and breathability.

Another new technology premiering with the Independence Bed will be Activus, a foam that contours readily like memory foam, but with the rapid responsiveness of latex. In the Independence Bed, it provides support while maintaining a plush and luxurious feel.

These latest new production innovations harmonize on multiple levels to offer consumers a better and healthier sleep. Breathable, fast-response Bio-Pur material works with Celliant to channel away heat and maintain a cool and comfortable surface. Surface Modification Technology and Activus further support air flow while enhancing Bio-Pur’s support and pressure point relief. Combined, these technologies build on memory foam’s most popular features and also respond to concerns about sleeping hot or feeling constricted.

The foundation of the line remains Amerisleep’s Bio-Pur memory foam, a unique material that has earned the brand consistently high reviews from customers. Bio-Pur is a plant-based, medium-density memory foam made using a patented Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF) technology. The VPF process allows for sophisticated quality control and also results in zero emissions for cleaner and greener manufacturing.

All mattresses in the line will continue to include industry- leading 20 year limited warranties and a 90- night trial period, providing buyers with peace of mind. Prices start at $699.00.
