WINNIPEG, MANITOBA–(Marketwired – May 20, 2015) – Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX:AFN) (“AGI“) is pleased to announce that the Canadian Competition Bureau has approved the previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement“) pursuant to which AGI (through an acquisition company) will acquire substantially all of the assets of Vicwest Inc.’s (“Vicwest“) Westeel division and Kingspan Group Limited (through an acquisition company) will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares (“Common Shares“) of Vicwest.
The parties to the transaction continue to work towards completion of the Arrangement. AGI will provide a further update on the status of the transaction when available.
