ABC Supply Co., Inc. Completes Acquisition of Norandex

ABC Supply Co., Inc. finalized its purchase of Norandex Building Materials Distribution, Inc. today. The acquisition of Hudson, OH–based Norandex adds 103 locations to the ABC Supply roster. ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior building products and now has over 600 locations in 49 states and the District of Columbia and sales of more than $6 billion.
