4imprint Earns Great Place to Work® Honors for 8th Consecutive Year

When associates at Oshkosh-based 4imprint arrive at work this morning, they’ll be celebrating the 8^th year in a row their company has been named to the Best Medium Workplaces list. Great Place the Work® named the promotional products retailer one of the top 25 medium-sized companies to work for in the United States at a ceremony last night. Results are published today in Fortune magazine.

The Oshkosh-based company ranks 4^th on the 2015 Best Medium Workplaces list, which recognizes companies with 251-999 employees. 4imprint is one of three Wisconsin companies on the list.

The Great Place to Work 2015 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list recognizes organizations with workplace cultures of fairness, respect, camaraderie, pride and credibility. The rankings are based on anonymous employee survey responses. Organizations where employees report that they trust their leaders, take pride in what they do and enjoy working with their teammates rate highest on the lists.

According to the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey of 409 employees, 96% of 4imprint employees rated their workplace as great, with 98% saying they have great pride in the company, 97% report having a great atmosphere, great rewards and great communication. Companies in 12 different industries are among this year’s honorees. Only three marketing and advertising companies – of which 4imprint is one – were named to the 2015 list.
