The Frontline Communicator high-end wireless audio/video communication system from AudiSoft Technologies minimizes the need for field maintenance technicians to travel to remote service and repair locations, cutting costs and making repairs easier and more efficient.

The system provides rapid, live video access to experts’ guidance on repairs and diagnostics, minimizing downtime and providing quick decisions in emergencies. The viewing system comprises two S-Video cameras, one on the head and one on the controller for close-ups, and a belt-worn controller/computer running Microsoft Windows CE software. The controller transmits the video and audio to a satellite access point where it is streamed to an expert running remote software on their PC anywhere in the world. The unit is ergonomically designed, lightweight and portable.
