Bunting Magnetics offers a wide selection of magnetic conveyor components to modify an existing conveyor or design a new material handling system. Head Pulleys feature a radial magnetic field that eliminates dead spots and provides complete magnetic protection over the entire working surface of the pulley. Installed in conveyor lines, magnetic pulleys provide continuous self-cleaning magnetic protection from ferrous contamination. Pulleys are available with ceramic or rare earth magnets in a variety of size options. Straight magnetic T-rails, curved sections and end sections mount quickly and easily under the conveyor belt. T-rail straight sections and curved sections have constant magnetic force throughout their entire lengths. End sections are used to feed into and from Bunting Magnetic Pulleys. Take-off sections are designed with gradually decreasing magnetic force along their length to remove ferrous materials from the conveyor’s magnetic field.
