Leadership Changes at PTC Group Holdings

WEXFORD, Pa.

The Board of Directors of PTC Group Holdings Corp. announced today that Peter Whiting has resigned as Chairman, President and CEO to pursue new opportunities and spend more time with his family. Mr. Whiting’s departure is effective as of June 12, 2015. In addition, the Board has elected Christopher W. Parker as Chairman of the Board, Curtis G. Solsvig III as Chief Executive Officer and Director, and Cary Hart as President and Director, all effective June 12, 2015, as well.

Christopher W. Parker, the new Chairman, said, “On behalf of the Board we would like to thank Peter for his positive contributions to the Company over the last 13 years. We are pleased that Curt and Cary have agreed to accept these new roles. We believe that their collective background and experience have made them the right choice to guide the Company and to lay the foundation for the Company’s future success.”

Mr. Solsvig joined the Company in March and has previously served as CEO and COO for many industries including Cornerstone Propane Partners LP and Precision Valve Corporation. Mr. Solsvig commented, “I want to thank the Board for selecting me for this leadership role. PTC Group is an industry leader with a strong management team. I look forward to building on its strengths and to developing and implementing new strategies that will ensure its growth going forward.”

Mr. Hart has been with PTC Alliance since 1998 in various roles of increasing responsibility. Since 2009, Mr. Hart has been President of PTC Alliance and its subsidiary companies of PTC Tubular Products and Enduro Industries.
