Upgrades enhance data collection and viewing software

Iris has released PDLitePro data collection and database management software and PDView 3 partial discharge (PD) viewing and reporting software. Features of PDLitePro include communication with USB port, RS232 and Ethernet, storage of multiple test configurations before heading out into the field, auto-generate sensor configurations and security functions. The PDView upgrade offers new plots to enhance the ability to determine if PD is occurring in the slot or endwinding for bus coupler and PDA installations. In addition, it offers more standard report templates for PD analysis and improved data filtering capabilities for trend plots. Both packages are compatible with Microsoft Windows 98 and above.
