Toronto Gear Works Ltd. (formerly known as Timing Pulleys of Canada or TPC) is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The company, which is owned and operated by Nancy and Marci Reuby, was founded in 1963 with a mission to give industry a world-class line of power transmission products.

“We were the first manufacturer of synchronous pulleys in Canada, and remain the only Canadian producer to this day,” says Nancy. The company has a 35,000 sq ft plant in Toronto.

Its business has evolved beyond the supply of timing pulleys to include a wide range of gear products, thus the name was recently changed to better reflect the scope of products and services it offers today.
