Thread Repair Kit Has It All

Alcoa Fastening Systems has announced the release of the easy-to-use Pro Series kit, which contains everything needed for thread repair projects. Featured are Recoil brand wire inserts in three lengths, a drill bit, tap, installation tool and tang break off tool. The kit is packaged in a durable case with a sliding lock securely holding all the components in place. Each kit is available in a variety of thread forms including UNC #4 through 1-1/2 in., UNF #6 through 1-1/2 in., metric coarse M3 through M20 and metric fine M8 through M18.
