The Flir i5 low-cost thermal imaging camera is Flir’s lowest-priced, full-function thermography camera, carrying a pricetag 30% to 40% below the company’s current lowest-cost camera. Weighing just 12 oz, this compact, handheld infrared camera includes a bright 2.8-in. LCD display and measures temperatures up to 250C (480F), while detecting temperature differences as small as 0.10 F degree. It comes with the company’s QuickReport image analysis and report-writing software, a 512-Mb miniSD card, a rechargeable battery and charger, USB cable, hand strap, and manuals and user CDs in 21 languages. An Extech i5 branded product is available for the North American market.
