The Kyoritsu Model 3125 tester features outputs of 500 V, 1,000 V, 2,500 V and 5,000 V with insulation measurements to 1 terraohm. It provides readings digitally, while the insulation results also may be viewed on the analogue bar graph. A timer is incorporated which may be used to study break-down at the end of a given time or to measure PI, which is the resistance at two arbitrary points in time. Additional features include voltage output warning, auto power off, visual battery reminder and backlit display. This compact unit comes in a rugged carrying case and is CAT III 600-V safety rated.
