A replacement for chain, gear and V-belt drives, the Gates Poly Chain GT2 synchronous belt drive system is a no-rust, clean-running, lubrication-free drive system for food and beverage processing environments. Featuring stainless steel sprockets and bushings, it reduces maintenance and stands up to frequent high-pressure washdowns. The system is showcased in a Gates manual entitled Belt Preventive Maintenance for Food & Beverage Processing Drives.
