ETP Express stainless steel shaft locking bushings from Zero-Max are available in 5/8-in., 3/4-in., 1-in., 1-1/4-in., 1-1/2-in. and 60-mm sizes, in addition to those previously offered. The expanded range gives system designers more choices for using these keyless devices to lock into position gears, pulleys, sprockets and other components in a mechanical system. Suitable for use in food, beverage and dairy processing equipment, particularly in systems requiring frequent washdowns, they contain an FDA-approved food-grade actuating medium, are completely sealed and have clean lines that resist debris collection. These quick-mounting devices are easily cleaned, will not corrode, require no maintenance and handle temperature ranges from minus 22F to plus 180F and torque ranges from 40 ft-lb to 1,500 ft-lb.
