Are you concerned about adapting to Z142-02, the revised national standard for power press operation, maintenance and safety? Join Machinery & Equipment MRO and S.A.F.E. Engineering for a one-day seminar, Control Reliability in Press Safety, to be held in Mississauga and London in Ontario, and Montreal in Quebec.
“The recently published CSA Z142-02 standard for power presses has profoundly altered the landscape of safety requirements, and introduced complexities, concerning operating and maintaining presses,” says Simon Fridlyand of S.A.F.E. Engineering of Toronto. “Furthermore, the standard, underscores the significance of control reliability in presses.”

This one-day seminar will highlight the requirements of Z142-02 standard, placing emphasis on the control reliability aspects required to meet the standard.
The complexities of the Z142-02 standard will be presented in plain, simple language. You’ll learn what it means, how to apply it and the effort involved. Control Reliability in Press Safety will foster an understanding of what control reliability means with regard to the new standard. “The journey to attaining compliance with the standard will be outlined,” says Fridlyand.
