Fafnir True High-Speed Sealed Bearings (THSS) are super-precision, angular contact ball bearings that offer high speeds and accuracy, and an extended service life. Non-contact dynamic seals keep contamination out while minimizing running torque for high-speed operation. Seals retain grease inside the bearing for extended life, eliminating the cost of oil mist lubrication. The bearings are designed for use in machine tools with spindle speeds up to 1.2 million DN and beyond. A ceramic ball complement helps reduce operating temperature.
