Channellock has introduced a line of dual composition screwdrivers and nut drivers that offer a number of improvements. Features include: TPR-rubber handle for a good, comfortable grip and reduced potential for slippage while under heavy use, polypropylene inner core for added strength against twist-outs under heavy torque, chrome vanadium steel shafts and blades that can withstand significant workloads, chrome plating for durability and resistance to the elements, “Vapor-Blast” tip that prevents chrome flakes from being left behind to compromise delicate components, colour-coded size indicators on handle ends, and nut drivers with semi-hollow shafts to accommodate longer bolts and add strength over full-hollow shaft designs. Nut drivers also feature spun-welded heads for greater strength and durability under heavy torque. A wide variety of blade lengths and tip widths is available, and the line comes in standard, Phillip, square recess and Robertson Pattern tips. The 4 ‘n 1 screwdriver MX-41EZ, featuring interchangeable slotted and Phillips blade inserts, is available as part of the new line-up; as is the SL-41EZ, featuring square recess and Robertson Pattern tips.
