The drive head stroke length on Amacoil/Uhing Model RG linear drive assemblies may be adjusted using optional remote control knobs located outside the pillow block end supports, at the end of the stop rods. Operators need not adjust any other controls in order to change and fine-tune stroke length, which they can carry out while the system is in operation, for improved efficiency. Operator safety is enhanced, because the control knobs are located away from moving parts. The stop rods may be extended in situations where access is restricted.
