Cole Hersee, a manufacturer of electrical and electronic products for the vehicle industry, has introduced momentary pushbutton switches for a variety of applications. Two of the company’s switches now have added lip seals, making them waterproof and preventing ingress of moisture and contaminants. The switches are permanently engraved with ‘Engine Start’ (switch 90047-01) and ‘Engine Stop’ (switch 90048-01) in the surface of the button, and this will not wear off. Both switches have two brass screw terminals with lockwashers and a rugged die-cast zinc housing with a knurled aluminum facenut. The switches are keyed so that neither the switch nor the lettering will rotate after installation.
