INA’s Linear Division has introduced a ball-type profiled rail unit, KUVE B KT and a roller-type profiled rail unit, RUE E KT. Features include a damping carriage that absorbs vibrations and provides long service life, high rigidity and crash safety. The minimum-quantity lubricant metering unit ensures consistent lubrication and prevents lubricant loss. Plastic cages keep the rolling elements spaced apart for quiet operation. The roller-type profiled rail unit has fewer parts than a conventional RUE. These parts are more robust, giving the units 10% more rigidity and 80% less displacement force pulsation.
