Available from V. J. Pamensky are WEG Wmagnet permanent magnet motors. These synchronous motors have highenergy magnets in a configuration designed to minimize vibration and noise, and maximize efficiency. The motor is controlled by a WEG CFW09 variable frequency drive, and special software provides nominal torque across the whole speed range. The reduction of heat losses from current circulation through the rotor ensures higher efficiency than a regular induction motor. This package offers special features such as extra-high efficiency, low weight and volume, wide speed range and constant torque, reduced noise and vibration level, extended operating life, WISE insulation system and a frequency inverter with sensorless vector control.
