NSK’s new line of split housings–the SNN series–is dimensionally based on the SN series to provide direct interchangeability. This NSK design incorporates a rich set of features with refinements such as serialized cap and base, ISO 8.8 cap bolts and optional four-bolt mounting. Large-hp motor suits work in quarries
A new quarry duty motor from VP Electric Motors has a cast iron frame motor for crusher and aggregate plant duty. It also is suitable for applications in the pulp and paper, and sawmill industries. The frame has extra-thick, extra deep ribs which give additional strength and improved heat dissipation. The frame size is 449T and the units are available in ratings from 200 to 300 hp and 1200 to 1800 rpm.
