Laser Tool Checks Alignment Of Process Rolls

RollCheck by Seiffert Industrial is a visual laser tool for quick and accurate field replacement of process rolls in industry. A laser emitter unit mounted on a reference roll projects two Class 2 fanned 635-mm laser lines on to a reflector unit mounted on the roll to be moved, allowing the operator to view both vertical and horizontal angles as the roll is adjusted into alignment. The tool fits rolls of almost any diameter spaced between 1/2 in. to 10 ft apart.
