The Reed model ST-8835 infrared thermometer, available from ITM Instruments, is equipped with an integral type K thermocouple input. A built-in laser pointer identifies the target area and digitally adjustable emissivity from 0.10 to 1.0. Features include a 30:1 distance-to-spot size ratio, T/C temperature range of minus 50C to 1,370C (minus 58F to 2,498F), IR temperature range of minus 50C to 1,050C (minus 58F to 1,922F) and 20 data points of memory. In addition to the type K thermocouple probe, the thermometer also comes with battery and carrying case.
