IDI shareholders benefit from annual trade show

The 2006 shareholders meeting Jan. 17-21, 2006 at the Delta Meadowvale hotel in Mississauga, Ont., was part of a very significant year for IDI Independent Distributors Inc. The buying group marked its 25th year in business on October 14, 2005, making it noteworthy for its longevity as a co-operative and marketing group. The event also featured a well-attended retirement dinner for outgoing president Don Knowles. (His replacement had not been announced as of our press deadline).

The event also featured a tabletop trade show where member vendors displayed a wide variety of products, from power transmission equipment to MRO supplies. The photographs here are from just a few of the booths.
