In an effort to make its corded impact wrenches powerful enough for any industrial application, Dewalt has introduced four new high-torque, corded impact wrenches. Models DW292, DW292K, DW293 and DW294 feature 318 ft-lb of deliverable torque. All four have an AC/DC forward/reverse rocking switch for easy adjustment, 7.5-amp motors, and can make 2,700 impacts per minute. The DW292 features a 0.5-in. anvil with detent pin retainer; DW292K is accompanied by its own heavy-duty kit box; and the DW293 is equipped with a hog pin retainer. The DW294 is 0.75 in. and is outfitted with a detent pin anvil. The new wrenches offer a soft grip handle for improved hold and comfort.
