Leeson Electric/Lincoln Motors has introduced three Grove Gear product lines, including cast iron helical-inline, helical-worm and helical-bevel reducers. Featuring drop-in mounting dimensions and robust features, the IronMan Torqueline modular reducers can be used as replacements for many brand names, such as SEW, Nord and Dodge. The helical-inline reducers are available in nine sizes with ratios from 2.3:1 to 3300:1 and ratings exceeding 125 hp, while the helical-bevel reducers come in six sizes with solid or hollow output shafts and ratios from 6:1 to 3300:1. Four sizes of helical-worm reducers are available with ratios from 7:1 to 3400:1 with ratings exceeding 15 hp. All models come with foot or flange mounting and motorized or solid-shaft input designs.
