Helical-Bevel Geared Motor Features Improved Housing

The Unicase housings of Nord’s three-stage type SK 9096.1 helical-bevel geared motors have been enhanced through FEM calculations, ensuring cost-efficient production and high load capacity. This model complements the company’s series of helical-bevel gear units, which includes 16 sizes with a torque range between 800 lb-in. and 442,000 lb-in. and a drive performance range between 1/4 hp and 250 hp. The robust gearboxes are available with a foot mount, as a foot-and-flange model and shaft-mounted model, and in a design suitable for agitator applications.
