Harmonic planetary gearhead comes in new size

The Harmonic Planetary HPG series gearhead from HD Systems is available in size 14 with a backlash level of less than 1 arc-min., a level that is maintained for the life of the gearhead. This model has a 60-mm square mounting flange and is just 85 mm long. The gearhead has a rated torque of 110 in.-lb and a maximum torque of 500 in.-lb. Uses include automation equipment, semiconductor equipment and machine tools.
