Blickle Casters has introduced a line of high-performance polyurethane guide rollers. Made in Germany from a high grade of urethane material, Extrathane, Blickle’s guide rollers equipped with precision ball bearings help to increase

equipment reliability. The Extrathane rollers are available in two versions: the FTH Series consists of the urethane roller bonded directly on to a precision ball bearing; the FSTH Series offers more stability as the urethane is bonded on to a steel centre. With a high cut and tear propagation resistance, and 92 Shore A hardness, these guide rollers offer low-noise operation, surface-saving properties and excellent chemical connection to the roller centres.
