Gear rack line is broadened to increase versatility (April 01, 2003)

Emerson Power Transmission has announced the expansion of its Browning line of gear racks to meet requirements in such industries as packaging, machine tools, material handling, construction and power plants. In addition to the 14-1/2-degree and 20-degree products, capabilities include 1 DP to 64 DP, 0.5 to 28 metric mod pitch, 25-degree pressure angle, helical gear rack, round rack, accuracy to AGMA Class II, thickness and face width to 17.75 in. and expanded material capabilities.
