ECS2 Group, based in Mississauga, ON, helps its customers maintain the strength of their business by enabling their inspectors to properly diagnose the condition of their machinery using various predictive maintenance technologies. Healthy machines mean improved production reliability and increased operational efficiency, increased morale and safety in the workplace and improved profitability. The company offers vibration anal- ysis and condition monitoring, sending an inspector initially to prepare the machines and set them up in the vibration database. Periodic routine inspections follow, during which changes in the machine’s condition are detected and trended. The company then issues a straightforward and easy-to-understand report, containing information about the equipment, diagnostics and recommendation to alleviate the problem. A turn-key project can be implemented to help kick-start predictive maintenance programs.
