Craft Bearing Company Inc. of Newport News, Va., a manufacturer of split roller bearings, has recently joined the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA).

According to Jeff Pennetti, vice-president, “We are very excited to join this elite group of manufacturers and distributors. With Craft’s expertise and experience, we hope to make a contribution to this organization and support its efforts to provide service and support for bearing end users.”

Craft has a successful track record in the marine, mining, cement, water treatment, power generation, steel, pulp and paper, lumber and other industries. The reality of not removing shafts or drive components to replace bearings helps companies save time and money, said Pennetti.

The company’s engineering team has designed numerous custom housings and fittings to service its global customer base. Bore sizes are available from 1-7/16 in. to 32 in.
