Rexroth has further expanded its ball rail systems range. Additions include high-speed runner blocks and corrosion-resistant steel ball rail systems in many sizes. Also included is a range of accessories for the woodworking industry, covering virtually all applications in this sector. The linear technology components are designed for trouble-free operation in environments laden with the finest wood dust or coarse chips. Also designed for hostile workplace conditions, rugged plates at both ends of the runner blocks incorporate lube ports with metal threads on all sides. Initial greasing of the runner blocks, allowing in-service lubrication, combined with the appropriate choice of seals, greatly prolongs relubrication intervals, in some cases to zero maintenance.
