Ammeraal Beltech, a producer of process and conveyor belting for the food industry, has introduced a new range of anti-microbial belting that uses non-migrating materials, a technology based on silver ions. Proven safe for human contact, the product is effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, and will assist in bringing down the bacteria count, avoiding cross-contamination, implementing HACCP and enhancing food safety.
