Atlas Copco Compressors acquired the operating assets of the compressor business, Mesa Equipment and Supply Company. Mesa is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has market presence across the state. As a result of the acquisition, 19 people will join Atlas Copco.
“Mesa is a company with whom we have enjoyed a long working relationship, and it’s always a proud day when we are able to bring such a talented group of people directly into Atlas Copco,” said Robert Eshelman, president, Atlas Copco. “We work with many great customers across New Mexico, and keeping a strong presence across the area is very important to us as we work to develop and grow the business.”
Mesa has been a distributor for Atlas Copco Compressors for several decades and will be integrated into Atlas Copco Compressors’ West Region. The purchase price is not disclosed.
