Cardinality joins Elisa Polystar

Following the signing of the agreement, Elisa Polystar has now completed the acquisition of UK-based Cardinality. The acquisition is consistent with Elisa Corporation’s strategy to grow digital services internationally and accelerate the development of its telecom software business under Elisa Polystar.
