Velan Elects Directors

Velan Inc., a company focused on industrial valves, has announced the election of their directors.

Each director nominee listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated May 24, 2018 was elected as Director of the Corporation during the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders held on July 12, 2018 in Montreal, Québec.

Yves Leduc
James A. Mannebach

Peter Velan did not stand for re-election.
