Tillsonburg, ON – In the next couple months, J/E Bearing and Machine is planning to hire eight to 10 new CNC operators.

“On behalf of the team at J/E, I am very pleased to announce we are actively recruiting new hires for our growing operation,” says Chuck Hendricks, vice-president. “With recent contract awards, along with an ever-growing customer base, J/E has committed to significant investments in equipment and other assets, including five-axis machining. We are looking for CNC setup and operators for both day and afternoon shifts. Experience in five-axis would be a big advantage.

“As many as eight to10 positions are opening up immediately.”

J/E will be reaching out to Ontario-based colleges such as Mohawk, Fanshawe and Conestoga to offer apprenticeships and universities such as McMaster and Laurier for students seeking an engineering co-op program.
