Conscious Asset reliability program announced
James Reyes-Picknell of Conscious Asset announced that his firm has gone live online with its new Conscious Asset Reliability Program. The new program uses highly successful methodologies in a blend that aligns with the model of excellence presented in his book Uptime – Strategies for Excellence in Maintenance Management (CRC Press, 2015, 3rd edition), released on August 17.
Parts of the program replace Conscious Asset’s former Aladon RCM2 services offerings, other parts expand on it substantially. The training program is being offered in a combination of online, classroom and coached pilot project components. It reduces pressure on customers to take personnel out of active operational and maintenance roles to attend lengthy training classes and helps to keep overall program costs down. The new Conscious Asset Reliability Program is the first of several programs to be released related to the new Uptime Model of Excellence in Maintenance Management and the new international standards for Asset Management (ISO 55000, 55001 and 55002).
