Lubrication success is like building a house: you a solid foundation upon which to build success. Foundational elements for precision lubrication include developing solid processes for storing and dispensing lubricant, creating a standardized color code tagging system, insuring that airborne contaminants are excluded from the machine, and insuring that basic lubrication tasks like oil changes and top-offs, level checks, oil sampling and basic acre inspections can all be done without compromising the condition of the lubricant and the machine. This session will focus on how to build a strong foundation to your lubrication program.
