Mississauga, ON – The Plant Engineering & Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) has scheduled a series of six online Lunch and Learn events, one for each Canadian time zone, for the coming year. Here are the details of the second event, which will be held on November 4, 2013 at 12 noon Mountain Standard Time (3:00 p.m EST). The one-hour webinar is being sponsored by the Alberta Chapter of PEMAC.
Maintenance manager Steve Kay, MMP, will discuss the significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance effort that has been achieved at a couple of northern Alberta pulp mills. This case study will focus especially on the evolution of the preventive maintenance program, including the implementation of operator routes supported by hand-held technology.
His presentation will last for about 35 minutes and the remainder of the hour will be open for questions from participants.
There is no cost to participate in the event, and it is open to both members and non-members of PEMAC.
