ICP develops a three-year plan to maintain skilled industrial workforce

September 10, 2013 – The Industrial Careers Pathway (ICP) steering committee reports that it has reviewed its current strategic plan in an effort to advance the ICP’s mission of meeting the need for a skilled industrial distribution workforce that will be challenged by an expected demographic shift.
